Tragically you are correct.
If you draw a line from your first bottom to your next higher bottom and up to the bottom of the 2.6c you will note the trend has broken this speed angle
It is obviously sitting on the 200 EMA and finding support but if the support on the 200EMA is broken the share price will head to 1.9c
Unfortunately only the insiders would have know about the placement but you are correct once it broke 3c it was an indicator to sell out if you are a trader and dont hold a long term view.
The board will now need to provide some overwhelming evidence the company is on track with revenues to see the share price jump back above 3c and continue on its previous upward trend.
Hopefully this will be sooner rather than later.
Shareholders must realize that Schapera regardless of the share price is still earning 10% on his convertible note so he is in the box seat.
Lets see if he can walk his talk and deliver on his ONE BILLION DOLLAR market cap without having to issue more and more stock
