fair call. I agree it will take a ramp up period. However we are talking about people who face a higher chance of dying than living. So even though doctors are painfully slow in taking up new technology, that is often when either 1. there is already a treatment available; and/or 2; the consequences of sticking with the current treatment is not so bad. For example we are not talking about arthritic knees - there are lots of alternatives available, some of them even ok too. But there is no treatment for this population, and left untreated most of them die, usually within 1/2 a year. I think the doctors' take up rate will be reasonable. Agree on affordability and insurance though.
