Well it would be the parents giving it up and its only a chance at living to 100 days. As sad as it is GvHD will still more than likely kill their child.
I think it will have to be heavily subsidised for most people to access and as it stands there are no arrangements for this. There may be scope for price reductions as its benefits are retrospectively analysed and manufacturing scale is achieved but for now it's a therapy for the rich.
The prognosis for GvHD is truly terrible, it makes me wonder how people can still believe in a god....
