The issue as far as I can tell is that in actual fact the $14 run was altogether too high at the time. The lassonde curve has no mercy, we're in the pit of despair, aka the orphan period.
By my reckoning end of year we can expect a 2b or so market cap. As the beginning of profitability than we can expect much fewer CR risk and downside.
Take into account CR risk ATM, the fact that things could occur so that dubbo does not go ahead etc etc. This is what would stop people.
Once funding is secured than the NPV of Dubbo in full can be taken into account.
