Thanks....your reply was very helpful, pity to see you get all defensive with the further questions requesting clarity on the issue. No way I would cause any problems about what constitutes "advice" - but I can understand your concerns . Would you know who I can approach to try to get a clear understanding of where I stand? As mentioned previously, haven't had any luck with UPD Inc. ASX or Computershare U.S. about recovering our funds.
