Interesting post and I note your comments on previous Updater posts from your sources..
My understanding of many of these issues is different from other US contacts in the industry.
Some comments like below are either a lack of understanding of what happens in companies where someone has their personal wealth all tied up in (and they need to take some money of the table for their lifestyle or other obligations) or you are just wrong - re the military ( I guess that is government) contract.
The second time was a couple years after when it was reported that he and members of his staff sold millions worth of personal stock to insure themselves a safety net if and when the company failed. Finally, the Government contract they have been counting on has stalled and will be that way for a long time.
