Hard to know who is right

but have to wonder if JB is feeling a bit cut out as a major share holder now disempowered...

It is now a US centric company - in fact it always was, just using the ASX / Australia for initial funding.

He is a $20m shareholder and doesnt have the influence he had previously, and whatever influence he had is about to get a heck of a lot less with any new funding deal.

As a much smaller shareholder - I dont think the information flow has been great but that is why they delisted and in a private company you place your trust in management as you expect less information flow...or you get out.
