Thanks.  We were O/S for the whole transation  but it appears our holding of about 40,000 UPD shares  @ about $1 each    somehow through consolidation became 1435 shares  .  From what I can see they are worth 99.5c  each . This is on Computershare U.S. site  and you will see also at the bottom of each post  " UPD Price at posting 99.5c"
Is there a way I can find out what my $40,000 holding is now worth (if not the $1435 that the "price at posting "   indicates)?    This is of grave concern to us being a large part of our Superannuation.  Seems  selling is not an option either.
