    Hi Kates9999,
    FYI, the ABN director still works at Patto's. This is his first board position so he would want to make it a success. He is there prmarily because of his corporate finance and market experience. Anyway I would not be happy if the raising price is anything less than 2.5 cents given the recent trading in the stock.
