Thanks so much skiver, had a listen to the audio file this morning and it sounds like there was a lot of new stuff in there that made me even more encouraged. He seemed to go along the same lines of many of the 5 min videos posted on ABC and youtube last week but a few more things I found interesting:

- 3 hours to set up the whole business no matter what size or employee count
- make the business pay, no intention of charging users as they do not want anyone at a disadvantage
- charge the companies by size (employee counts) and then multiply by amount of regions (countries) that they operate in and would like to implement the packages
- lots of big name companies (ie AMP) were immediately sold on how the employee feedback gives detailed and instant feedback to management, works much better than current surveymonkey or internal surveying
- 15 new clients per month still being floated as the current figure but by the sounds of it there are many more that could come on board at any time
- employees engage with the app between 8-9am which is traditionally transit time into work. this way employees can earn credits and clients can get good referrals, employees can simply use app as part of morning schedule
- world class team has been already arranged, with more likely to come on board (just check out some of the names and past experience and the potential is enormous)

by the sounds of it this is the future and it works. not just that but much better than current methods and by many multiples.
this is quickly becoming an overall one-stop-shop package for all clients and the savings and synergies of using all 4 "pillar" offerings will no doubt become a world class offering by reffind.

very exciting times ahead, looking forward to the news flow over the coming months.
