While doing my research for MHJ, I noticed that there are considerable differences in terms of revenue per store in the three main markets. NZ is by far the most efficient with a store generating $2.6M sales, followed by AU $2M, whilst a store in CA can only bring in $1.38M a year.
This is reflected in the EBIT margins as well: NZ 28%, AU 20% and CA 12.7%.
Can anyone help me to understand the underperformance of CA market? (It would be a big boost to the group performance, if CA could catch up with the other two markets.)
