Problem is that the regulators here sit on their hands and stare at the ceiling doing nothing - the report highlighted and these short and distort attacks has caused about $14B of loss and about $1.8B of that is directly to small holders. It's a disgrace - if they acted they could seize money to take away the incentive but good to hear someone benefited other than the crooks.
