Warning.. the below feels like a ramp
In the Dec QTR we earned about $0.3m from about 300,000 units sold. Let's say about 100,000 units per month at $1 each.
How feasible is it that glovally this moves to 1 million units a month? Pretty sure P&G are gunning for this.
That's $1m cash per month.
Given an average quarterly cost base (after R&D rebates) of under $0.3m thats an $8.4m annualised earnings. Multiply that by a PE of 20...
Anyway... The above is super simple. The big concept is that for every unit sold our variable cost = Zero. And our spend to get the unit sale growth is also Zero.
Just something to ponder.
Note: Some big assumptions above that OBJ need to help clarify if they want the share register to evolve.
