I’m not sure what the issue is, if the retention target is 90% or above & they are sitting at 87% we are talking about a 3% shortfall. Sure every dollar counts and client retention is critical for revenues to snowball as new sales are achieved but I don’t see 87% as a concern unless it starts to go down from here rather than up.
