Quite possibly. But I sense that what is holding the price back so far in merely the proof of concept. If the data they provide is what they are suggesting then a CR will be unnecessary IMO. The revenue flow will pay for the roll out. They have the 150 odd interested parties, but there will be a ton of undeclared parties as well. Also as they "merge" with the information highway from the back road they are still negotiating, they will quickly gain the attention of the big guys. That cash flow and EBIT figures they are suggesting will be very hard to ignore. Personally I feel that $2 by year end will be very attainable. But if the data is crap then we are all in trouble, as they will quickly find that back road had no highway access.
