I cant see this tax having any impact on a2 at all. They are not the ones being taxed here it is the grey market distributors. So if they pass the whole tax onto there customers they are still going to be making the same margin or the will absorb the tax or some of it and try and have large turnover of product. Whilst there is a chance that a2 may decrease in sale imho it is very slim. Also if the Chinese want less it means more IF that can be shipped to the UK.
I cant see this tax having any impact on a2 at all. They are not...
