I am not sure what questions I am avoiding, but even so, I am not a public company or a board member.
If you don't mind, I would like some straight answers to the following questions, if you would raise them at the AGM:
1) Is the ASIC matters brought up by the auditors closed and if so, what was the substance of the matters? Is the company planning on taking legal action against the auditors and if not, why not?
2) When will the Singapore facility get its first sales?
3) Why is the company paying directors 12% interest and not charging Mr Goh the same?
Of course you do not have to ask these, but I would have thought that you would want to know for yourself.
My guess, if we get these matters out in the open, the price will start heading north.
