My point in that post was that we need to think more carefully about how to compare sales of Viagra to Spontan if wanting to compare to Viagra in the first place.
I also think it's important to look again at the first chart to see that Viagra is now only a fraction of the total market, so rather than looking at a potential market share versus Viagra's $500mill, the total market is currently 8 times that size at around $4bill and growing.
I prefer to look at Spontan's potential share of that market. At say 5% share of that total market by dollar value, Spontan might generate revenue of US$200mill. That's a big number.
Even 2% is 80mill. Still a good number.
