This company is run fairly lean. ($2-3M /year) . So the first $3m per year of royalties are breakeven. Everything above that should be profit (excluding tax although there should be a fair few losses to write off). I'm thinking if we get the $20m revenue in the next year for so (so directors get their bonus shares) that's a $15m profit/year and that easily justifies the current SP.
