@Slykes ....I agree and I was thinking about this same thing this morning. If the venders want to use the API and embed the tech into their telehealth offering then the vendors blanket "Terms of Use" etc tick box may be all that is required....leaving RAP with little or nothing to manage.
I would love to ask TK about the data retention and further training aspects....I assume that it can be done of course...but as you say, it would require the doctor to finalise the case and provide the outcome along with the cough data. Again it may not be a big thing at all and maybe already considered.
I might go to Sydney Techknow and ask TK about the technical aspects because its all a mystery to us....but from a technical aspect there is only a few roads they can travel down with the data.
