I would not count on drilling on the upper sands beginning in April. They need to get further approvals in order to drill new targets and these as we have seen take time in Wyoming. I hope I am wrong. I don't know how well Co2 negotiation seem to be going. After speaking with management it seems like they are hoping the Wyoming government will make Connoco/Exxon (whoever) supply Co2. Why would they not be able to negotiate a deal without pressure from the Gov.?
