Management remuneration remained fairly stable at about $2M per year for the first 5 years of Patrys. One of the best deal makers in the business joins our board in 2011 and the combined salaries have decreased to $1.4M in 2012 and $870,000 last year. But the last two years have been the busiest and most pivotal in Patrys history. What a coincidence their combined shareholdings have increased from 60M to 120M in the same period. If you throw in Dr Calder and the shortfall placements (who probably know more than your average ASX punter) its more like 210M.
