Currently trading at ALL-TIME low support, wouldn't consider...

Currently trading at ALL-TIME low support, wouldn't consider buying this until I saw a strong change in the technicals.

Price action:
Price spike on 04/01 showing rejection of these lower prices.
The action after showed a slow-grinding down channel which shows sellers are weak as it tries to test the low but until volume (possibly institutional) stepped in and absorbed a lot of the selling.
Levels:
This may be the low point before it rallies higher, 0.160 the first level of resistance.
Also, minor gap (low volume) closer at 0.130 if you're more conservative.
Long term holders may be rewarded since as I mentioned, this is the all-time low support where rallies could go significantly higher, especially if fundamentals are great too.

Pattern: Cup and handle/Spike and ledge

No short positions on this stock held, no shorting allowed by my brokers (check your own if you want)
= Less opportunity for selling pressure

Depth: Liquidity changes drastically from after-hours to within. Feels institutional, feels like there are hidden orders, don't let the after-hours/pre-open depth fool you (it's really empty, see below)
