The noteholders are not going to sell to anyone under 15 cents imo.
The only sellers today are those who bought at much higher prices and have now lost interest. They do not want to wait 3 months for the operations to turn around.
I am pretty confident the operations at Santa Rita will turn around (lots of problems to fix - but there is no choice, they must be fixed) and I am prepared to wait. Again, my guess that it will take 3 months.
Today's prices are a bargain. You would only get MBN at a cheaper price if pundits thought it was going down the gurgler in the immediate future - which it isn't.
