Next DC with no revenue says it will have only nominal revenue in 2012 has a market cap thats absurd compared to macquarie Telecom. MAQ 170m market cap and 40m ebitda compared to Next DC 270M market cap fully diluted and 0m ebitda. Also Next DC will require more cash raising in 2012 to complete data centre builds.Meanwhile Macquarie generates 30-40m in free cash and new 60m data centre will go live in several months paid for in cash.
