    re: questions Yep that's pretty much right, they got exclusive right to deal with TNY up until 14 Feb. The payment shouldn't be a problem with just the 1m or so upfront. Heads of agreements aren't contracts so anything can still happen but I agree with Mike that it would have to be fairly likely.
