Looks to me those on board for the shortfall may have picked up the 0.1c's on offer to further accumulate
Was real surprised at the 0.2c get hit - probably a seller at auction doing a last second adjustment to bring the price up to 0.2c
Either way, whoever's accumulated the 0.1c are banking on the EV of $ 3 million not dropping lower post consolidation (if applicable) - perhaps an RTO is indeed on the cards
