danube, in the quarterly report on the 25th of august, they said the revised resource estimate will be released 'shortly' and it just needed to be signed off by the consultants. it is now 5 weeks later.

i expect a progress announcement either today or tomorrow.

Marathon mgt has been extremely negligent and unprofessional with their conduct over the last month. they just sat there and watched the sp dive to 2.55 without a care in the world. they should have released progress announcements to explain to the market exactly what they have been doing and the reason for the delay to ensure investor confidence.

as for deeply discounted rights issue, a rights issue would be nice, but i expect it after the resource estimate and when there's some more stability in the mkt. they still had 1.7m + option conversion at the quarterly.
