fortunatley i am not a holder......but i have followed the story for a while. all seems very strange, a shame really considering the potential.
cash is king these days though. doesn't make it right, just the truth.
they would want to bring at least $25mil into it though, would hate to lose 87% of the company, then see a capital raising in 12 months.
