You're probably right that WH should've mitigated this risk (that the former CEO had signed off on before WH arrived), but nah, I'm not blaming UEC for pulling out as the sole reason that the SP is where it is, but definitely has set PEN back. However PEN will now be a stronger company going forward, without relying on third parties and without having to pay tolling/processing costs.

Sure I'll be the first to admit PEN hasn't made the correct calls/decisions all the time, but credit to any (and all) U companies that has survived the past 12-15 year uranium bear market.. I'm sure business was very tough with little to no capital invested in the sector. A lot of the U companies from last bull cycle don't even exist anymore.

Yes PEN has done CRs and a consolidation to get to where they are today. Part of being in business (during a tough bear cycle) if you want to become a uranium producer.

All I can say is good luck to all the wannabe explorers/developers who want to become a uranium producer (like PEN will be in late 2024 / early 2025)

Good luck to those companies with ZERO revenue while needing $500M - $800M to get to build their mine, processing plant, etc. Good luck with permitting and delays. Hopefully those U companies can make a single dollar within the next 5-10 years. Those explorers/developers have a lot more CRs ahead and consolidations, while PEN will be banking tens of millions of dollars every year.

I'm glad to say that all of those processes from explorer to producer is now behind PEN.

Investors should look to the future and which instead of dwelling too much on the past, the past cannot be changed anyway.
