Reverse Stock Split (Will it help?), page-22

Extract Resources, way back when, did a 10:1 when they were ~ 2.2 cents, so 22 cents post.
It was making out like a sleepy dog for a few months; then went on to over $10, before the Chinese made an offer in the $9 range.
Oh, and btw, my broker recommended I sell around 50 cents and made three more sell recommendations, all under $2.50.
I was hard of hearing, fortunately.
Lesson for me: it was at the beginning of a Bull Market
