No I don't think they should or need to

The SP is currently low due to the whole UEC scenario and capital raise

Before UEC pulled out, PEN was actually one of the better performing U stocks (compared to other U stocks) as it was expected to have production restarted

I expect in a few months time, once the CR is done and progress can be seen regarding upcoming production, PEN SP will start to perform a lot better

We've seen with the producers and near term producers (eg BOE) perform really well, PEN SP performance will be the same as we get closer to production.
