    Are you serious tutes with this comment,..PEN was actually one of the better performing U stocks (compared to other U stocks)

    PEN has been the worse U stock by far, large CR after CR 40 to 1 consolidation and the SP is back or under where it started.

    Name one producer or developer that perform worse than PEN..
