    This is a consolidation ploy to enable the NASDAQ listing to continue so I'd imagine they talking about a minimum 3 to confuse the market but imo they really want 1 for 10 consolidation to comply with silly NASDAQ listing rules so if the shares hit 5 cents the consolidated sp would be 50 cents. Why else would yiu bother consolidating the shares on issue?
