It's an important tool for them to have right now, just in case they aren't able to meet the listing requirements in time.
However I would prefer them be in a position to announce the new CEO by then and to just lay out the business's growth timeline going forward and give forward guidance as to what deals are happening and when they expect them to occur as well as expected revenue.
I believe this is all that is needed.
UNIS is worth much more then it's current Market cap of $103 million would indicate.
I Believe the SP has been artificially kept low to make the company appear weaker then they are. We have cash in the bank, deals in play and in the pipeline and the future looks rosy to me.
Just need to get past the last 12 months and the issues that have plagued this stock since then.
