tbh i think the BoD is a bit tired. SK was an investment banker, has cashed out a number of chips and moved onto his next big thing and the way the board has recommended this feels like they're ready to hand it over to someone else not fight for what they built.

in short, I don't think they're going to do anything to fight off advances - think of it as a start up and this was always the exit strategy to be bought out before full operations.
