Reverse Takeover / Backdoor listing ?

There is a good chance this is what is happening behind the scenes at the moment. If it happens we will all likely be diluted heavily, although this is not always the case. We will know soon enough as things like this require shareholder approval - not that small shareholders will have any sway but at least the announcement will make it clear as to what is going on here, and the reason why small parcels are presently being picked on market. Stone Wang has obviously taken his money and run by selling his shares at one fiftieth of a cent, yet this wouldn't worry him as he gifted himself these for free anyway so free money to him !! He'll go away and hide now so he can never be questioned about this questionable transaction that he did long ago without shareholder approval. Anyway at least something is happening here - whether it be good or bad for existing shareholders remains to be seen. E.
