HighTktCloser/others: Purely JIMHO: Has NOTHING to do with the ASX "mis-pricing" or "undervaluing" biotech stocks. The board of IMU DOES know the value they do have "in-house" very well indeed. BIG PHARMA will also FULLY know the value that IMU have with their different approaches. IMU will ONLY go for either a decently HIGH PRICED farm-out or in case of a T/O offer will ONLY recommend to accept such IF they feel that it will be in the best interest of all IMU holders.
As mentioned: JIMHO, of course. Time will tell as usual.
