Hi Guys,
I noticed that the SP usually goes up straight on the announcement of a reverse takeover/backdoor listing and gets back to almost the same level after the capital raising price has been declared (usually to the level of CR price). What are the usual SP drivers on the re-listing day. I am into BDG and FCN and their current SP followed the above scenario so I am keen to find out what to expect (if there is any pattern at all). Thanks in advance for guidance.
Regards,
Rafal
