How can it not be 'manipulation' for a an algo to single handedly stack all the sell lines below 16c with over 25 tiny orders to make it look like there are multiple panic sellers?

Looks like they are desperate to get it as low as possible before crossing and closing out their personal short position by dumping the publics superannuation shares on it "to stop losses".
