I respect those who can admit to errors and being prepared to critically examine their own views and accept evidence that concludes their error. It says a lot about the crowd that use this site that I've seen this more times here on HC than I have in my many years of my professional career. Its a mark of maturity that I didn't expect to find on any social media site.

I've held for many years now that I learn more from my mistakes than I do from my successes.
