Fund Managers digested yesterdays news ?... They already knew yesterdays news was coming when we were above $2.20...
Good Fund Managers and Brokers know "the time to buy is when there's blood in the streets." The best fund managers know how to sell at the top or when the Champagne is flowing and then create the impression that there is blood in the streets and then buy back into the very same stock all over again when it is oversold and undervalued.
