I wouldn't think that you would have to report about every little going's on. COE seemed to have a problem because it seemed like they underestimated the time to get this done causing a major delay. When they found out it wasn't suitable it put another spanner in the works. If there is a problem, like COE had, then yes because it has significantly changed their drill date. Would you like a report every time the Wolf scratches himself?

As far as COE goes, only time will tell, we will know by the end of the month, when the options for the rig expire. IMO ADX and COE working together would save costs on getting surveys done and booking rigs.
