pmunt , this has been covered many times. Examples include URL.ASX who 'bought' a similar facility from Trafalgar in 2008 and never used it. Simply a cheap ramp mechanism. Having said that , PGS are due to start the $USD5m 3D shoot in 5 days and I know from working with them that they will not engage without a 50% or so Bond (unless you are a Major). So perhaps the CEF may get used and perhaps the vwap issue you raised is valid. I hadnt picked that up. Should know in a few days? DYOR
