I found your reply very interesting so could you please answer this one
My wife and I have a segregated SMSF and we are both in pension phase. My wife has used up all but $10,000 of her Transfer Balance Cap. So that my wife can use up the balance of her Transfer Balance cap if I die first can I make a reversionary pension nomination for that amount in favour of my wife and a binding nomination in favour of my estate for the rest of my interest in the fund so that in other words the balance of my interest in the fund (less that $10,000) is added to my estate when I die.
