Yes that's what im banking on is that telcos win here too because they get more loyal subscribers as they can promote this freeway platform & promote free data usage to the consumers knowingly understanding that the content provider will cover the bill for data usage. Other telcos will see this as an appealing offer for consumers n would want the freeway platform on their network as well. Win for all.
