The latest anns was from the chair, so i would think being an independent r/v is not a good look for management, exploration manager leaves at the end of this month with no replacement from outside of the company, (escape goat, who knows).
It would not surprise me if their is a change in management, thats what the board is their for, the direction of the company hasn't worked out after all the spiel from a year ago.
An independent strategic r/v after a duster doesn't make sense, imo, the chair see's a different direction.
