Review of Adiministration Costs

At the upcoming AGM i feel its time the board discloses their near term Stategy for the Company in some detail.

They need to confirm if they have decided to shelve the seach for new oil assets
Confirm that going forward they intend to extract the maximum value from our existing assets

If the later is the case they then need to take action to reduce the head count in Sydney
We now have 6 non executive directors
2 Executives in development ..and their support staff. ( savings there )

We are a mature small Oil Company with minority interests in China and New Zealand
we are not the operators we fall in line with the majority stakeholders . passive to a large degree

So our group will be placing these questions to the Board and request they provide Shareholders with
detailed responses. at the AGM.

Perhaps others might consider if they have matters they would like answers to.
