Agree the US will not have much influence in the battery space. Somebody forgot to tell the US that burning carbon will be pretty much obsolete in 30 years, while they talk about drilling the coasts for oil. Meanwhile China is buying up all the cobalt, nickel, vanadium, etc. It'll cost more to put that oil back in the ground, and many trillions in oil assets becoming worthless will be a major financial crisis in the future. BBBBUUUUTTTTT, Trump is reckless, and showing signs of wanting to blow up the world economy. That could easily crash a stock market that's been over-valued for a very long cycle. That would be bad for international stocks in general. For the moment, I am being a bit defensive waiting to see how this plays out. More in cash than I've had in a long time, but very loaded up with Ardea for the long term.
