I found you are good at down ramping at other threads, since you are only long ARL, why not you just stay at ARL thread to do study? and come to other thread to down ramp.

Again, these are from all these company's official announcement, you can assume everything you like, even you can assume ARL's operation cost at US$1 / lb Ni, then very bullish!!!
